Senator Cynthia Lummis posted on the X platform, stating, "After months of effort, we have finalized the bipartisan bill text and it will be reviewed on Thursday. I urge my Democratic colleagues not to retreat from the progress already made. The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act will provide the industry with necessary regulatory certainty, which can both retain innovation within the United States and protect consumers."
