On June 16, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Quzhou, the Finance Bureau of Quzhou, and the Health Commission of Quzhou jointly issued a notification regarding several measures to further promote the stable and healthy development of the Real Estate market, which mentioned the implementation of purchase subsidies for families with multiple children. From June 20, 2025, families with multiple children who purchase newly built Commodity Residences in the urban area (projects that have received a pre-sale permit for the first time since 2021) can enjoy purchase subsidies. Families with two children who sign the "Zhejiang Province Commodity Housing Sale Contract" for residences with a built area of 100 square meters or more can apply for a subsidy of 0.08 million yuan; families with three children who sign the "Zhejiang Province Commodity Housing Sale Contract" for residences with a built area of 120 square meters or more can apply for a subsidy of 0.2 million yuan.
