SDIC Power Holdings (600886.SH) announced that the fourth meeting of the 12th Board of Directors will be held on June 16, 2025. The meeting reviewed and approved the proposal on the registration and issuance of medium-term notes and CSI Enterprise bonds by the subsidiary. It was agreed that the holding subsidiary, Yalong River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd., would apply for the registration and issuance of medium-term notes not exceeding 5 billion yuan and CSI Enterprise bonds not exceeding 4 billion yuan. This proposal still needs to be submitted to the company's Shareholder meeting for consideration.
