China Meheco Group: Has never authorized Guangzhou Guojian Capital Management Co., Ltd. and its affiliated enterprises to conduct project investments or promotional activities under the name of 'members of China Meheco Group'.

China Meheco Group issued a statement regarding the 'China Meheco Tianyu Smart Valley' project, stating that it was recently discovered that Guangzhou Guojian Capital Management Co., Ltd. was impersonating China Meheco Group to promote the 'China Meheco Tianyu Smart Valley' project and engage in cooperation and exchanges with local governments. Investigation revealed that Guangzhou Guojian Capital Management Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Meheco Medicinal Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Medicinal Materials Co.). Medicinal Materials Co. and its affiliated enterprises have repeatedly been involved in legal disputes and have defaulted on payments to construction units and even rural collective enterprises. Previously, China Meheco Group and China Meheco Traditional Chinese Medicine have issued several clarifications stating that the actions of Medicinal Materials Co. and its affiliated enterprises have no relation to their operations. In this regard, China Meheco Group once again solemnly declares: China Meheco Group has never authorized Guangzhou Guojian Capital Management Co., Ltd. or Medicinal Materials Co. and its affiliated enterprises to conduct any form of project investment or promotional activities under the names 'China Meheco Group Co., Ltd.', 'China Meheco Group', 'China Meheco Group', 'members of China Meheco Group', etc. China Meheco Group reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility for actions that impersonate its name and damage its reputation.
