According to data from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, in March, the domestic market's mobile phone shipments were 22.765 million units, a year-on-year increase of 6.5%. Among them, 5G phones accounted for 19.424 million units, a year-on-year increase of 9.5%, which is 85.3% of the mobile phone shipments during the same period. From January to March 2025, the domestic market's mobile phone shipments totaled 69.67 million units, a year-on-year increase of 3.3%, of which 5G phones accounted for 61.043 million units, a year-on-year increase of 8.2%, making up 87.6% of the mobile phone shipments during the same period.
