Sinotrans Limited: Director Tao Wu has resigned.

Sinotrans Limited announced that the Board of Directors has recently received a resignation letter from Mr. Tao Wu, who resigned from the position of Director due to work adjustments, effective from May 12, 2025. According to the Company Law and other relevant laws and regulations, Mr. Tao Wu's resignation did not cause the Board of Directors to fall below the legal minimum number requirement and will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors and the company's normal Operation. On May 12, 2025, the company held the twelfth meeting of the fourth Board of Directors, which reviewed and approved the proposal on the election of company directors, agreeing to elect Mr. Huang Chuanjing as a candidate for director, with a term starting from the date of approval by the Shareholders' Meeting until the expiration of the fourth Board of Directors; and agreed to submit this proposal to the company's Shareholders' Meeting for consideration.
