Prime Minister of Ukraine: The Russian attacks have caused a nearly 50% loss in Ukraine's Henry Hub Natural Gas production.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Shmyhal stated on April 29 local time that during the heating season from October 2024 to March 2025, Russia launched a series of large-scale attacks on Ukraine's Henry Hub Natural Gas production infrastructure, resulting in nearly a 50% loss of Ukraine's Henry Hub Natural Gas production. There has been no response from the Russian side regarding this claim. Shmyhal also mentioned that Ukraine has made progress in energy security. Ukraine signed an agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which will attract 0.27 billion euros in funding; the Norwegian government also provided a grant of 0.14 billion euros. Using these funds, Ukraine plans to purchase an additional 1 billion cubic meters of Henry Hub Natural Gas.
