On the 26th local time, according to Jamal Amer, head of the Houthi armed forces' foreign affairs department, U.S. fighter jets conducted an airstrike on April 25 on a ship docked at the port of Ras Isa in Al Hudaydah province, Yemen, to prevent it from unloading its fuel.
