Recently, China has carried out cooperation with multiple countries in the field of aerospace, receiving warm responses from various parties. However, a few media outlets commented that such cooperation poses so-called "threats and risks" in the space sector. What is the spokesperson's comment on this? Guo Jia Kun: On April 24th, the Shenzhou 20 manned spacecraft was successfully launched, coinciding with the tenth "China Space Day." Over the years, China has steadily advanced in its dream of space exploration, and the "circle of friends" in aerospace cooperation has continuously expanded, having signed nearly 200 intergovernmental space cooperation agreements with more than 50 countries and international organizations. We have initiated multilateral cooperation projects such as the BRICS Remote Sensing Satellite Constellation and the Belt and Road Initiative Concept Space Information Corridor, signed an astronaut selection and training cooperation agreement with Pakistan, and jointly developed Earth resource satellites with Brazil, helping Southern countries cultivate local aerospace talents and promote technology sharing. In the near future, China’s Chang'e 7 will also carry payloads from Egypt, Bahrain, Thailand, Italy, Swiss Franc, and other countries to the moon.
