According to company news, in 2024, SHEIN allowed over 0.028 million meters of Industry stock fabrics to gain 'new life' in its range of products, a 40% increase compared to 2023. This is equivalent to saving over 200,000 cubic meters of water (more than 0.4 billion bottles of 500 milliliters of bottled water), reducing the use of over 4,000 kilograms of Chemicals, and over 42 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. Since 2022, SHEIN has cooperated with the Global Circular Economy Technology platform company Aloqia (formerly Queen of Raw) to continuously expand the procurement of stock fabrics from Other brands and merchants in the Industry. According to calculations by Aloqia, as of the end of 2024, SHEIN has cumulatively utilized Aloqia's advanced technology and network to procure over 0.0479 million meters of stock fabrics, which is equivalent to saving over 0.3576 million cubic meters of water (equivalent to over 0.7 billion bottles of 500 milliliters of bottled water), reducing the use of over 7,400 kilograms of Chemicals, and over 70 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
