In response to US President Trump's dissatisfaction with the insufficient number of American Autos imported to Japan, on the 21st, Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba stated that the sales of American Autos in Japan depend on whether they meet the needs of Japanese Consumers. Additionally, Ishiba mentioned that if an American Auto breaks down and cannot be repaired, it might also affect Japanese Consumers' willingness to purchase again. On April 7th, during a phone conversation with Trump, Ishiba expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that "not a single American car is running on the roads of Japan."
