The Ministry of Finance released the fiscal revenue and expenditure situation for the first quarter of 2025. In the first quarter, the national government fund budget revenue was 924.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11%. Looking at the central and local levels, the central government fund budget revenue was 108.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6%; the local government fund budget revenue was 816.1 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.9%, among which the revenue from the transfer of state-owned land use rights was 684.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 15.9%.
