Hangzhou: Adjustment of the rules for personal purchase of family housing to enjoy deed tax preferential housing unit inquiry.

The Housing Security and Property Management Bureau of Hangzhou, the State Taxation Administration Hangzhou Taxation Bureau, and the Hangzhou Planning and Natural Resources Bureau have issued a notice regarding the adjustment of the rules for personal purchases of family housing to enjoy deed tax preferential housing unit inquiry. The adjustment is as follows for individuals purchasing the only family housing or the second set of housing to enjoy deed tax preferential treatment: 1. For housing purchases within the administrative areas of Shangcheng District, Gongshu District, Xihu District, and Binjiang District, the inquiry range for enjoying deed tax preferential housing units for the only family housing and the second set of housing is defined as the administrative area of the purchased housing. 2. This notice will be implemented from April 21, 2025. For individuals who have not declared and paid the deed tax prior to April 21, 2025, they can execute according to this notice if they meet the stipulated conditions.
