In the first quarter of 2025, Henan Province's GDP increased by 5.9% year-on-year.

The Information Office of the People's Government of Henan Province reported that in the first quarter, the provincial GDP increased by 5.9% year-on-year, which is 0.5 percentage points higher than the national average, accelerating by 1.2 and 0.8 percentage points compared to the same period last year and the whole of last year, respectively. In the first quarter, the total retail sales of consumer goods in the province grew by 7.0%, which is 0.9 percentage points higher than the total of last year.
