The "Leadership Plan" proposes that after 3 to 5 years of effort, a number of online publishing enterprises will be promoted to build several high-quality technology innovation laboratories, participate in national technology program projects, establish a number of integrated innovation cooperation platforms, cultivate a number of high-level talents in technology innovation for online publishing, build several technology innovation aggregation areas for online publishing, and significantly improve the technology innovation and achievement transformation capabilities in the field of online publishing.
