Homebuyers who contribute to the housing provident fund and purchase second-hand housing within the city's administrative region, and have completed the online signing of the existing housing sale and purchase contract, along with their spouses, parents, and children (collectively referred to as the applicants), can apply to the housing provident fund management center at the location of the purchase for the withdrawal of their personal housing provident fund account balance to pay for the down payment. If the homebuyer has contributed to the housing provident fund and, after withdrawing the provident fund of themselves and their spouse, still does not have enough to pay the down payment, they may withdraw the housing provident fund of their parents or children. This policy will officially take effect on March 28, 2025.
