The report shows that ZEEKR Technology Group (including ZEEKR and Lynk & Co brands) achieved total revenue of 113.89 billion yuan in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 39%, with vehicle revenue reaching 94.56 billion yuan, up 48% year-on-year. The bright financial performance is attributed to the rapid growth in delivery scale of the two brands. In 2024, ZEEKR Technology Group's sales exceeded 0.5 million units, of which ZEEKR brand surpassed 0.22 million units, a substantial increase of 87%, claiming the title of China's luxury pure electric annual sales champion; Lynk & Co brand exceeded 0.28 million units, with a year-on-year growth of nearly 30%, setting a historical high. According to the Earnings Reports, ZEEKR brand's total operating revenue for the entire year of 2024 was 75.9 billion yuan, an increase of 47% year-on-year, with gross margin for vehicles rising quarter by quarter, reaching 17.3% in the fourth quarter of 2024, and an annual gross margin of 15.6%. Under Hong Kong accounting standards, excluding the impact of share-based payments, ZEEKR brand's profit for the entire year of 2024 was 0.214 billion yuan, expected to become the fastest profitable Chinese electric vehicle company in the US stock market.
