According to the agreement, both parties will leverage their advantages in technology, management, platforms, and brand resources in related fields, based on the trends of transformation and upgrading in the Global auto industry, with the aim of creating the world's largest and most technologically advanced Passenger Vehicle battery swap service network. On this basis, both parties will engage in capital cooperation, with Contemporary Amperex Technology promoting a strategic investment of no more than 2.5 billion yuan in NIO Energy, further consolidating their strategic partnership.
