Reportedly, this seems to be related to Musk retweeting a post. Recently, there was a popular post on social media platform X claiming: "It is well known that he (Slim) has close ties with Mexican drug lords. In Mexico, if you haven't joined that controlled network, you cannot become a billionaire." Although the content of this post has not been fact-checked, Musk not only retweeted it but also added a monocle emoji representing a detective, provoking speculation.
