It encourages local regions to develop the 'ice and snow +' economy based on local conditions, promoting the full Industry Chain development of ice and snow equipment and outfits. Local areas are encouraged to actively attract well-known performance brokerage institutions to settle in and will provide rewards to those that introduce large-scale concerts and music festivals with a certain number of attendees. Local areas are encouraged to carry out activities such as 'air tickets, tickets as consumption vouchers.' The 'Zheli Ticketing' platform will be iterated and upgraded. The administrative approval services for performances will be optimized, and the restrictions on the number of tickets that can be sold (issued) will be appropriately relaxed while ensuring safety. By 2025, more than 150 large commercial performance activities will be held.
