On March 15 local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky called on partners to continue efforts to build the foundational forces for future European armed forces. Zelensky stated on official social media that Ukraine believes a clear position on security guarantees must be established, as security is key to creating reliable and lasting peace, and that there is a need to continue efforts to build foundational units for future European armed forces. In addition, Zelensky urged European countries to enhance their arsenals and production capabilities for the most advanced Weapons and to strengthen Ukraine's air defense capabilities.
