The USA Labor Relations Board (NLRB), which is supposed to enforce most labor laws for USA workers, has effectively become paralyzed after USA President Trump fired one of its members, as the agency lacks the quorum needed to operate. Critics of this move have pointed fingers at Musk, indicating that this is not a strategy used by Trump in his first term. Although Musk has not claimed responsibility for this, last year Musk's SpaceX filed a lawsuit in federal court arguing that the structure of the USA Labor Relations Board is unconstitutional and should not be allowed to take action on unfair labor practice complaints.
