The Nanjing Municipal Housing Security and Property Bureau has released a notice regarding the procurement subsidy application for items and materials needed for partial renovations such as old house renovations, kitchens, and bathrooms in 2025. A subsidy of 15% of the purchase price for relevant items and materials purchased by the renovation company on behalf of the renovation contract will be provided, with a maximum subsidy amount of 0.03 million yuan per person and per residence. The subsidy base here is not the total price of the renovation contract, but rather the total price of the items and materials that fall within the subsidy scope. This subsidy application is applicable to situations where the renovation of urban and rural residences includes all materials or part materials. The subsidy range includes the purchase of facing tiles, flooring, wall panels, integrated ceilings, set doors, finished windows, custom cabinets, shower rooms, sanitary ware, and other items and materials needed for old house renovations and partial renovations such as kitchens and bathrooms in 2025. The same residence cannot receive both the home decoration and furnishings subsidy from the business department and the home-based elderly care transformation subsidy from the civil affairs department. The application period is from the date of the announcement until December 31, 2025. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and if the funds for the event are exhausted, applications will close early.
