On February 15, according to two recall announcements disclosed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Porsche will recall 878 units of the 2025 model 911 due to a software malfunction that may cause excessive glare from the low beam headlights affecting oncoming vehicles, reducing visibility for the other driver and increasing the risk of a collision; 279 units of the 2023 model 911 will be recalled because the rear seatbelt buckle bolt may not have been tightened to standard, resulting in ineffective restraint of occupants during a collision, increasing the risk of injury.
