Data from KE Holdings Research Institute in Shenzhen indicates that in the seven days after this year's Spring Festival, the second-hand contract volume in KE Holdings Shenzhen cooperative stores increased by 41% year-on-year, and the second-hand viewing volume increased by 37%. Homebuyers' enthusiasm for viewing and buying homes is noticeably higher than last year. At the same time, the viewing volume has also significantly increased compared to the same period last year.
