The official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission published a decision to order Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. to rectify its practices, as Minsheng Securities has the following violations: First, internal controls for Bonds-related business are inadequate, with some projects lacking proper tracking of quality control review comments; Second, the due diligence in underwriting is not standardized, and some projects did not sufficiently pay attention to and verify matters that may affect the issuer's ability to repay debts; Third, entrusted management has not fulfilled its responsibilities, with some projects failing to timely monitor matters affecting the issuer's ability to repay debts and encouraging information disclosure during the contract term. The China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to take administrative regulatory measures to order Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. to rectify.
