Due to some practitioners failing to cancel their registrations in a timely manner and other violations, Zhongtian Securities received a regulatory warning.

On February 7, the Liaoning Securities Regulatory Bureau announced that upon investigation, it was found that Zhongtian Securities had not timely canceled the registrations of some practitioners; some individuals were found to have violated regulations by holding concurrent positions; and there were violations in the monitoring and management of practitioners' investment behaviors. According to relevant regulations, the Liaoning Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to issue a warning letter as a regulatory measure against Zhongtian Securities and to record this in the integrity file of the securities Futures market, and it required the company to take practical and effective measures for rectification and to submit a written report.
