Meta's Chief Scientist Yann LeCun posted on his LinkedIn account yesterday, pointing out the problems existing in some "circles" in Silicon Valley, stating: "In some circles in Silicon Valley, the common ailment is: a false sense of superiority. The early symptoms manifest as: believing that the small circle they belong to monopolizes good ideas. The late-stage symptoms manifest as: believing that innovations from other places are obtained through cheating methods."
