Recently, the Shenzhen Ecological Environment Bureau, in conjunction with relevant departments, released the "Notice on the Implementation of Traffic Management Measures for Restricting National III Emission Standard Diesel Trucks" and the "Shenzhen National III Emission Standard Diesel Truck Early Retirement Reward and Subsidy Methods." By synchronously implementing restrictions and subsidy policies for National III diesel trucks, the plan aims to facilitate the early retirement of old vehicles. The "Subsidy Methods" specify that for early retirement of National III diesel trucks, the current subsidy standards will be categorized according to vehicle types and provided in a stepwise decreasing manner in two phases. National III diesel trucks registered in the city that are retired between July 1, 2024, and December 31, 2025, and are retired with one year or more to the mandatory scrapping deadline, can receive a subsidy of up to 0.023 million yuan.
