Cubic Digital Technology announces that the company plans to use its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Cubic Digital Technology, to acquire 89% of the limited partnership interest in Anhui Yunzhang held by Beijing Shouke Century Technology Co., Ltd. for 0.105 billion yuan using its own or raised funds, 1% of the general partnership interest held by Wang Wei, 1% of the limited partnership interest held by Zhong Fujin, and 1% of the limited partnership interest held by Xu Shasha. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 92% of the partnership interest in Anhui Yunzhang through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Cubic Digital Technology, achieving the business acquisition of the controlling subsidiary Yunzhang Finance. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset restructuring.
