According to monitoring by the China Index Research Institute, in 2024, Beijing sold a total of 41 commercial residential land. The planned construction area was 4.7038 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 19.2%. The total concession amount was 155.417 billion yuan, down 10.7% from the previous year. The average premium rate was 3.08%, down 4.49 percentage points from the previous year. Overall, the residential land market in Beijing continues to be fragmented. Of the 41 parcels sold, 15 parcels were sold at a premium. Of these, 9 parcels reached the upper land price limit, while the remaining 26 parcels all sold at the bottom price.
