On January 8, according to Zhongke Aerospace, the static test of the first-stage liquid oxygen tank of the Lijian-2 liquid Launch Vehicle recently succeeded, marking that the first-stage oxygen tank of the Lijian-2 has completed the relevant work of the engineering development phase and is ready to enter the flight test phase. It is reported that the Lijian-2 is a medium-sized liquid Launch Vehicle independently developed by Zhongke Aerospace, using a CBC configuration, with a common core stage diameter of 3.35 meters, a total length of 52 meters, a launch weight of 625 tons, and a launch thrust of 766 tons. Currently, the Lijian-2 liquid Launch Vehicle has entered the large-scale ground test verification period of the engineering development phase, with a planned first flight in 2025.
