A group of leading enterprises in the resource recycling field will be cultivated, and support will be given to China Resource Recycling Group to accelerate the establishment of a national, functional platform for resource recycling and reuse, as well as support for supply and marketing cooperatives to leverage their grassroots advantages and accelerate the establishment of a standardized and regulated recycling and reuse network.
