Guangzhou Tinci Materials announced that the company and its subsidiary, Delaware Tinci, have signed a "Share Purchase Agreement" with Honeywell and its subsidiary AEM. The two parties will jointly establish a joint venture to engage in the production, operation, and sales of liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate, Electrolyte, and other products. The first joint venture is Texas Tinci, where Delaware Tinci will transfer 49% of its shares to Honeywell, with a transfer price estimated at 16.66 million USD. The second joint venture is AEM, where Delaware Tinci will subscribe to its newly issued shares, with the transaction price to be determined through further negotiation. Honeywell holds 51% of the shares, while Delaware Tinci holds 49%. AEM will construct a project with an annual production capacity of 0.1 million tons of liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate, with a total investment scale estimated at 0.4 billion USD.
