Bank Of China announced that the Board of Directors has received Lin Jingzhen's resignation due to age reasons. Lin Jingzhen resigns from the position of Executive Director, member of the Board of Directors' Corporate Culture and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, member of the Risk Policy Committee, and Vice President of the bank. The resignation will be effective from January 7, 2025. Lin Jingzhen has confirmed that there are no differing opinions with the Board of Directors and no other matters need to be informed to the Shareholders.
