Miao Dan, Deputy Director of the Planning and Finance Department of the General Administration of Market Supervision, said at the meeting that the General Administration of Market Supervision and the National Archives Administration are urgently studying and formulating the “Management Measures for Business Entity Registration Files” to promote the integration of move-in applications, retrieval of migration files, information changes, etc. of enterprise migration across regions, so that enterprises can make a migration change registration application at the registration authority of the place of entry, and complete various steps such as transfer and registration to reduce the enterprise business process. Currently, the General Administration of Market Supervision is speeding up the construction of a cross-provincial migration registration data transmission system for enterprises to optimize cross-provincial migration data docking and information sharing. Where electronic registration files have been accessed and transmitted online, electronic registration files do not affect registration business processing during migration, greatly improving the convenience and work efficiency of enterprise migration.
