Guizhou Space Appliance announced that on January 6, 2025, the company's Board of Directors received a written resignation letter from Chairman Wang Yuexuan. Mr. Wang Yuexuan resigned from his positions as a director and chairman of the company's eighth Board of Directors due to work adjustments, as well as from the position of chairman of the company's eighth Board of Directors' Global Strategy Committee. After his resignation, Mr. Wang Yuexuan will serve as a senior executive in the company. His resignation did not result in the number of Board members falling below the legal minimum, and the resignation letter became effective upon delivery to the company's Board of Directors.
