NYOCOR announced that the controlling shareholder, Jinkai Enterprise Management, plans to increase its shareholding in the company through the Shanghai Exchange system using its own funds and self-raised funds in a centralized bidding manner, starting from November 12, 2024, over a period of 12 months. The initial total amount for the increase was planned to be no less than 0.1 billion yuan and no more than 0.2 billion yuan. As of the announcement date, Jinkai Enterprise Management has cumulatively increased its shareholding by 34.32 million shares, accounting for 1.72% of the company's total share capital, with a cumulative increase amount of 0.196 billion yuan. Jinkai Enterprise Management intends to adjust the planned increase to no less than 0.2 billion yuan and no more than 0.4 billion yuan, and aside from this adjustment, the original shareholding plan remains unchanged.
