Xinfa Group is an indirect controlling shareholder of the company, and the latest financial data shows that its total assets amount to 167.723 billion yuan, with net assets of 71.102 billion yuan, business income for the year 2023 being 18.08 billion yuan, and net income of 4.479 billion yuan. The framework agreement signed this time confirms the cooperation intentions and basic content reached after preliminary discussions between both parties, and specific cooperation agreements will be negotiated and signed by both parties within the scope specified in this framework agreement.
