The project name is the framework agreement for the collective procurement of special equipment monitoring systems for the years 2025-2026 by CCC Second Harbour Bureau, with the bidding unit being China Communications Second Harbour Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. and the winning unit being SiChuan Guanshang Technology Co., Ltd. The project will use the "Technical Regulations for Remanufacturing of Tower Cranes," which the company participated in drafting, primarily for full-life health management of special equipment such as intelligent construction site tower cranes to ensure the safety and efficient running of equipment during construction.
