Ningbo Tuopu Group announced that the Board of Directors has authorized the management team to purchase the 100% equity of Wuhu Changpeng held by Anhui Yue Su, Chery Technology, and Anhui Yuanxiang for no more than 0.33 billion yuan in Cash. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction, nor does it constitute a significant asset restructuring. The funds for this acquisition will come from self-owned or self-raised funds, and after completion, Wuhu Changpeng will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The company stated that this acquisition will expand the market share of its products, enhance its position in the Industry, integrate Industry resources, and increase market share. However, this acquisition has not yet signed a formal agreement, and there is some uncertainty; the relevant transferor must obtain approval or record-filing from administrative authorities before implementation.
