Recently, the SiChuan Provincial Department of Natural Resources, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and seven other departments jointly issued a notice on "Deepening the Reform of 'Standard Land' for Industrial Land to Promote Efficient Processing of the Regional Assessment 'One Thing'". It specifies that by 2026, SiChuan will fully achieve 'standard land' supply for newly added industrial land. Standard land refers to construction land allocated after completing regional assessments and clarifying constrained Indicators such as fixed asset investment, development intensity, and average tax revenue per mu. This aims to address issues in the investment and construction process of industrial projects, such as the complexity of evaluation matters and lengthy approval cycles, and is also one of the means to achieve the 'average per mu excellence' principle.
