Today (January 6), reporters learned from the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Data Bureau, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology that the "Guidelines for National Data Infrastructure Construction" has been officially released. China has started a new round of data-centric digital infrastructure layout. The "Guidelines for National Data Infrastructure Construction" propose to form a national data "ledger", supporting the orderly circulation and shared application of data across levels, regions, systems, departments, and businesses; supporting the creation of high-quality data sets in fields such as Agriculture, Industry, Transportation, and Finance; encouraging local areas to enhance their social service capabilities in data processing and testing, and to create a "one-kilometer" working circle for production, education, research, and application.
