According to the Henan Provincial Land Spatial Survey and Planning Institute, recently, the first local standard in Henan Province regarding the compilation of national land spatial planning, "Technical Regulations for the Compilation of County-level National Land Spatial Overall Planning" (referred to as the "standard"), has been approved by the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and will be implemented from March 29. This standard fills the gap in the compilation norms for land spatial planning in our province and plays a positive role in establishing and perfecting the technical system of land spatial compilation. The standard was proposed by the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and drafted by the Provincial Urban and Rural Planning Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. and the Provincial Land Spatial Survey and Planning Institute, among others. The standard defines the main body, planning period, planning levels, compilation principles, and procedures for county-level national land spatial overall planning, stipulates the contents of work preparation, basic research, scheme compilation, scheme demonstration, and planning results, providing a reference basis and guidance for the compilation of county-level national land spatial overall planning in Henan Province.
