This product is issued by Guangdong Yuecai REITs Co., Ltd. and creates a precedent for the first time in the country where a non-issuing region enterprise serves as the issuer, with six small and medium-sized enterprises from Shaoguan City participating. The underlying assets include various intellectual property assets such as invention patents, utility model patents, and registered trademarks.
