The National Forex Management Work Conference will be held in Beijing from January 3 to 4, 2025. The conference deployed key tasks for Forex management in 2025, mentioning the need to enhance the promotion of Forex facilitation reform. Continued efforts will be made in the 'five major articles' of finance, with more Technology-oriented enterprises included in the cross-border financing facilitation pilot program, guiding high-quality Overseas capital towards domestic high-tech Industries. In accordance with the requirements of both 'allowing flexibility' and 'maintaining control', the coverage of the Banks' Forex business reform will be expanded in an orderly manner. Active support for stable foreign trade and foreign investment will be provided, promoting the optimization and expansion of trade facilitation policies, enhancing the facilitation level of Forex business in new trade formats, and facilitating foreign investment exchange. A Forex management policy evaluation mechanism will be established.
