To implement the "Eight Measures," the CSRC intends to amend the "Regulations on the Issuance and Underwriting of Securities," authorizing the Exchange to establish specific requirements for classified allocation. Simultaneously, based on the revisions of the "Company Law," "Interim Measures for Shareholder Shareholding Reduction of Listed Companies," and others, relevant provisions will be amended accordingly. The CSRC is now publicly soliciting opinions from society. The CSRC will guide the Shanghai Exchange to simultaneously improve relevant business rules and regulatory systems, continuously optimizing the issuance and underwriting mechanism.
