Administrative inspections related to enterprises shall be based on territorial jurisdiction principles, and relevant departments of the State Council shall establish and improve the cross-region assistance mechanism for administrative inspections by the end of December 2025, clarify relevant rules, and strictly prohibit unauthorized cross-region inspections.
