SDIC Capital announced that its subsidiary SDIC Securities Co., Ltd. recently received a reply from the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding "SDIC Securities Co., Ltd.'s participation in swap convenience matters." The reply indicates that the China Securities Regulatory Commission has no objections to SDIC Securities' participation in the swap convenience (SFISF) and requires SDIC Securities to reasonably determine the application limit based on relevant business arrangements, its own development strategy, and risk tolerance, and to implement this after obtaining approval from the People's Bank of China. At the same time, SDIC Securities must strictly comply with relevant regulations and requirements while participating in the swap convenience and must not use the swap convenience tools for illegal or regulatory violations, reporting the usage of swap convenience funds to the Regulatory Division of the Securities and Fund Institutions and the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau on a monthly basis.
