Research institutions estimate that in 2025, after incorporating the capacity from the old factory purchased from Innolux and the Taichung plant, Taiwan Semiconductor's CoWoS monthly capacity will reach a new high of 0.075 million pieces, nearly doubling compared to 2024, with continued expansion expected in 2026 to meet strong market demand.
